For shipments we use UPS.
We ship packages on working days, from Monday till Friday.
· After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
· After this, we will get your order together. We ship every working day (Monday till Friday).
· We pursue that orders placed before 1 pm on Monday till Friday will be processed the same day.
· Your parcel will be collected from us by UPS with a track & trace code. For the status of your order, please follow this
track & trace code.
· UPS offers the package to you at the address indicated. If you do not have the opportunity to accept the package,
it will be offered the next day again.
Can I change my order or add something?
If you want to change anything in your order please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com.
As long as your order not has been shipped you can add extra items by placing an extra order with a remark ‘add to my prevouius order. Choose firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid double shipping charges.
Can change my delivery moment or my delivery address?
You can change these as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our Customer Service on email@example.com
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Austria within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
The shipping costs are calculated according to product, weight, length and destination country.
